| Check-in Instructions | You are welcome to commence your stay at The Jetty Resort anytime after 2:00pm. Alternatively, if you need to arrive after 6:00pm key collection from our lockbox can be arranged. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs. Check out is prior to 10.00am on your departure day. Reception Hours are 8:00am-12:30pm, 1:30pm-6:00pm. CLOSED 12:30-1:30 Personal ID & Credit Card: The guest with their name stated on the credit card must present the following on arrival: 1. Their Photo ID, and 2. The credit card used to secure your accommodation 3. Registration Number of any vehicle requiring onsite parking. |

| Parking | We are pleased to offer car parking for 1 vehicle per reservation. If you have any specific parking requirements please contact us prior to arrival. Parking is available for boats, trailers and trucks via request. |
| Things To Do | *Stroll along the beautiful Esperance foreshore and new Tanker Jetty, directly opposite from The Jetty Resort. *A scenic flight over Lake Hillier is a must. See the vivid pink lake on Middle Island on a 1.5 hour flight over Esperance town and coastline. Bookings at The Jetty Resort. *Take an island cruise around the Recherche Archipelago or where you can observe dolphins, sea lions, Cape Barren geese and other wildlife. *The Great Ocean Drive takes you past Rotary lookout, the Wind Farm, Pink Lake and popular Twilight Cove. *Enjoy a day trip to Cape Le Grand National Park. Stunning beaches, walk trails, BBQ facilities and a climb up Frenchman's Peak all combine for a fantastic experience. |
| Terms and Conditions | Only the number of guests shown on the reservation confirmation may stay. Additional undeclared adults, children and infants will not be permitted to stay within the existing reservation. Pets of any kind are not allowed anywhere at The Jetty Resort, including rooms, cars and outdoors. Accommodation Payment: Unless your booking has been fully prepaid, the first night's accommodation tariff will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. The remaining accommodation value of your stay will be charged at check-in. As security a pre-authorisation on your credit card of $200 may be required on arrival or $200 refundable cash bond. The 2 bedroom Apartments are serviced weekly or on departure, all other smaller rooms are serviced every second day. All rooms are non-smoking and penalties apply if breached.
