| Check-in Instructions | Reception Hours Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 9pm Friday - Saturday: 9:00am - 10pm Sunday: 9.00am - 8:00pm Public Holidays: 9:00am - 8:00pm You're welcome to check in any time from 2pm during our opening hours. If you expect to arrive after office hours, please contact us by 8:00pm on the day of arrival. We will then send you a text message with instructions to guide you through our late check-in process. PLEASE NOTE: We are currently undertaking essential construction works on the premises Mondays to Fridays between 8:00am and 4:00pm. There may be some construction noise during these hours. Additionally, the swimming pool will remain temporarily unavailable during this time. |

| Getting There | Take Gosford turnoff from F3 and continue down hill, through 5 sets of traffic lights, past race course and keep in left lane, turn into our driveway and see reception to check in. Trains depart from Sydney Central Station to the Central Coast approximately every half hour and provide an efficient service. Sydney International & Domestic Airport - about 70 km south. Newcastle Domestic Airports, Belmont & Williamtown, are approximately one hour drive north. Airport Transfers: Coastwide Airport Transfers operate daily services between the Central Coast and Sydney Airport. Phone 0419237696. |
| Parking | Parking is free. We do not have the capacity for trucks and trailers in our carpark, however, they can be parked along the rear of the property in Batley Street. |
| Things To Do | Close to hospital, golf course and tennis courts. A short drive from the Reptile Park, Erina Fair shopping centre (cinemas, ice skating, restaurants, many shops), boutique wineries, Niagara Park Sport Complex, Japanese Gardens and Function Centre, art galleries, restaurants, horseriding, boat hire/fishing charter and beaches. |
| Terms and Conditions | GENERAL • Guest will be required to provide a valid credit card and photo ID on check-in • Damage, breakages, theft and losses are the guest’s responsibility during their stay • All guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. This includes the Pool area and our Guest Lounge and Kitchen • Harassment and abusive behaviour, or disturbance towards other guests or staff will not be tolerated. Such conduct may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Management reserves the right to check rooms once per day for inspection, maintenance, and housekeeping purposes. QUIET HOURS • Quiet hours are from 11:00PM to 7:00AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time to avoid disturbing others. • Visitors are not permitted on the premises between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. SMOKING • No Smoking in Rooms. Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited. Smoking within 4 metres of any entry/exit point to rooms is not permitted by Law. A cleaning fee of $200 will apply if evidence of smoking is found. • Smoking is only permitted in the undercover designated smoking area behind the Guest Kitchen. NO PETS • Pets are not permitted. A cleaning fee of $200 will apply if pets are brought into the room. • Assistance dogs - we will request documentation showing the dog is qualified, accredited and serving the person they are with. An assistance animal will have a jacket with branding from the organisation that qualified it. NO COOKING IN ROOMS • Cooking appliances (such as hot plates, portable stoves, or air fryers) are not allowed inside guest rooms. Cooking appliances are available to be used the Guest Kitchen. TRAILER OR TRUCK PARKING • Trailer or truck parking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Any trailer or truck found parked without authorisation may be towed at the owner’s expense without notice. The management accepts no responsibility for any damage to the trailer/truck or caused by it while on the property. EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND Breach of any of the above policies may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. |
